Infinity is a small-sized Tech startup based in Cambodia with worldwide client based mostly in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The recent product that I helped to create and manage is a Financial app for digital currency trading.
• Built and optimized product development workflows for a financial trading app, reducing delivery timelines by 25% and improving overall team productivity.
• Translated user feedback into actionable insights, directly influencing product improvements that led to a notable increase in user retention and satisfaction scores.
• Coordinated international cross-functional teams across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam to ensure all projects were delivered on time, within budget, and met client expectations.
• Implemented Agile project management frameworks to handle changing priorities effectively, improving flexibility and output consistency.
UMPAY-DIGITAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Product Manager cum Project Manager
A digital currency exchange that allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital currencies. It supports P2P, B2C trading, fiat and crypto deposits/withdrawals, and digital currency transfers. It also offers payment gateway services for merchants.
I built UMPAY from concept through launch. I managed developers, collaborated cross-functionally, and introduced tailored Agile practices and team upskilling, boosting productivity by 50% and cutting development time by 25%.
LOAN & DIGITAL CARD APPLICATION
Product Manager cum Project Manager
Owin Finance Limited, founded in 2019, is a product that provides loans and digital cards to individuals and businesses in Hong Kong. The platform is offering clients the possibility to apply for a digital card, which comes with a wide range of benefits.
I contributed from initial concept through technical execution. This involved wireframing and business analysis to determine product feasibility, and acting as a key liaison to coordinate development. My work focused on mapping the essential integrations between the front-end application and back-end systems, including the payment gateway and various third-party APIs, to establish a secure and functional technical foundation for the product launch.
Update: The project was later cancelled due to changes in the business strategy.
TRANSLATION LANGUAGE CENTER
Project Manager
A translation language center that provides a centralized location for managing translations for projects across all platforms, including mobile apps, web apps, admin consoles, and landing pages. The center allows users to easily create, manage, and track translations, as well as collaborate with other users on translations.

Project Manager
An authentication service center that provides a single point of authentication for all projects within the company. It is hosted in-house, which gives businesses more control over their authentication data and security.
WALLET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A wallet management service that provides a centralized location for managing wallets for projects across all platform. The service allows users to easily create, manage, and track wallets, as well as to generate reports on transactions, ledgers, account statements, and audit logs.
