I interned as a Quality Assurance Specialist in CITI's Branch Engineering department, which handles all aspects of branches, including technology, operations, machinery, and relocation. After my internship, I moved to Operations & Technology as a Technology Specialist, focusing on technology for regional and global teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Guam, China, India, and the United States. After seven months, my previous supervisor requested my return to Branch Engineering as the department was understaffed during a period of branch expansion.
My responsibilities including but not limited to :

Managed and consolidated MIS for cash/teller transactions

Performed QA and risk assessment to prevent fraud and system failure

Raised and followed up on test issues to regional developer team

Gathered and analyzed business requirements, translated them into user stories and test cases, and tested them on the current system.

ATM PIN CONVERSION FROM 4 to 6 DIGITS
Quality Assurance
Indonesian banks announced new regulation for banks to implement six-digit PINs for credit cards. Citibank started to migrate and convert to the six-digit system to comply with the regulation.
