PawPaw Portal Indonesia is a national animal welfare charity (NGO) with a vision for a future where every pet is safe, respected, and loved.
• Redesigned and delivered high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes that improved navigation flow and increased user engagement by over 30% post-launch.
• Led full-cycle product delivery by managing cross-functional teams across design, development, and QA, ensuring projects were completed ahead of schedule and within scope.

A website of PawPaw Portal to display information about the organization, to connect audience with information about animal shelters, and to add some fun, the website will be linked to a web based casual game where user can play game to donate to shelters by watching ads.
As the Product Lead, I guided this platform from concept to launch. My role encompassed collaborating with the founder on the vision, creating initial wireframes, and working closely with design and development teams to build, set up, and successfully launch the website.
Tower Game (Web Based)

Tower Game is a web-based casual game designed for everyone to enjoy. As players progress through the game, they have the option to watch ads. Each ad viewed generates a small monetary contribution, which is then donated to PawPaw Portal’s partner animal shelters. By simply playing and watching, players help support animals in need.
