Relocated to Cambodia and designed a planned sabbatical to pivot and broaden my expertise. This period was dedicated to intensive upskilling in modern product management, UI/UX, and web development, which I immediately applied by providing integrated solutions to local and international clients.

WEBSITE REVAMP

Web Designer

I had the pleasure of working on a website revamp for an Australian MEP (Mechanical Electronic and Plumbing) company based in Cambodia. Their goal was to update their website without changing too much of their original layout and design, but to make it more user-friendly and efficient.

I started by working with the client to understand their specific needs and goals. Once I had a good understanding of their vision, I began to develop a plan for the website revamp.

I made the following changes to the website:

  • I reorganized the website content to make it easier for visitors to find the information they need.

  • I added Google Analytics to track website traffic and performance.

  • I added social media links to make it easy for visitors to follow the company on social media.

  • I made minor design changes to improve the overall look and feel of the website.

The client was very happy with the results of the website revamp. They told me that the new website is much easier to use and navigate, and that they are already seeing an increase in website traffic.

I am proud of the work that I did on this project, and I am glad that I was able to help the client achieve their goals.

E-COMMERCE WEBSITE

Project Manager

Managed the development and launch of an e-commerce platform for Envirocam, a sister company of HCC Co Ltd, one of the largest company groups in Cambodia. The platform was designed to sell household, pool cleaning, and pest control products and services, and included stock management and workforce management functionality. Envirocam changed their strategy shortly after launch and decided to no longer use the platform.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Account Manager

Managed a team to create a social media campaign for one of the biggest banks in Cambodia on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Established the marketing strategy for paid promotion on Facebook and Instagram. The campaign was a success, increasing brand awareness and engagement, and generating a large number of leads.

LOGO DESIGN & MENU DESIGN

Designer

Designed a logo and menu for a local small homecook restaurant in Indonesia and coffeeshop in Cambodia, reflecting the restaurant's image and creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The owner from both restaurants were very happy with the final results, and the new logo and menu design have helped to improve the restaurant's brand image and helped increase their revenue.

Virtual Assistant

As a virtual assistant for a US software development agency, I helped to create wireframes for designers, manage freelance project managers and designers located across the world, and manage the founder's schedule. The company is fully remote.
