PawPaw Portal Indonesia is a national animal welfare charity with a vision for a future where every pet is safe, respected, and loved.
My responsibilities including but not limited to :
• Product Development: Designed wireframes and prototypes for the web portal, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Project Management: Oversaw the overall project, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and coordinating issue resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organized regular meetings with design, development, and business teams to align goals and execution.
• Technical Coordination: Worked closely with developers and the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues.
• Launch Execution: Contributed to the successful launch of the web portal by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Business Strategy: Assisted the founder in shaping business direction, product-market fit, and growth strategies.
• Design Coordination: Managed asset creation with the design team to maintain visual and branding consistency.

A website of PawPaw Portal to display information about the organization, to connect audience with information about animal shelters, and to add some fun, the website will be linked to a web based casual game where user can play game to donate to shelters by watching ads.
Tower Game (Web Based)
Project Lead
Tower Game is a web-based casual game designed for everyone to enjoy. As players progress through the game, they have the option to watch ads. Each ad viewed generates a small monetary contribution, which is then donated to PawPaw Portal’s partner animal shelters. By simply playing and watching, players help support animals in need.
